Cleopatra

My older daughter: One day when she was supposed to clean up her room, she disappeared, came back wearing her Cleopatra costume and told us that queens never cleaned house! For that they had servants :) I had to laugh - but she still got to clean her room LOLI did this for Lorie Davison's Playday at Scrapbook Graphics...she has a contest - with great prices!! I used Lorie's Artist Faeries (With Everything In It!) and a fab template from Studio Rosey Posey's Layered Template Bundle 01. The stitches are from Dawn Inskip's Pony Club and the alpha is from Thaty Borges' Beautiful Dream.

Swimming

My younger daughter had her first week long swim class a couple of weeks ago. She loved every minute of it :)

My husband loves Brazilian samba football - this one's for him :)

On The Farm

We went to a farm around the middle of the month and the girls absolutely LOVED it!!I used Kristin's ScrapDesign's wonderful new Cluster Frames Vol.5 ~ available at Pickleberry Pop. I also used Studio Manu's Vintage Farm: The Bundle and her Secrets Of Nature: The Bundle ~ both available at Scrapbook Graphics.

My younger one has some major mood swings sometimes - but we tend to forget most of them because after the short bouts of bad temper, she re-emerges as her smiling and happy self :)

Go Germany!

My girls are fans of the yearly Eurovision song contest, so we always make a special night of it when it's on. My younger daughter LOVES Lena, the German winner from 2010, so when she found out she was competing again this year, she got really excited and rooted for Germany all the way :) No matter that Iceland was also competing...LOLI used Dawn Inskip's amazing new Germany Collection- a template (which is really more like a layered QP), and amazing alphas, which include all the international characters you'd imagine :)

The Lamb

We went to a farm a couple of weeks ago and watched some lambs being born - among other things :) The girls got to hold a lamb or two - not the newly born ones, though, and really loved it.

I did this for Studio Manu's Playday at Scrapbookgraphics, and I used Manu's Vintage Farm - the Bundle and Worn Overlays.

Tired

My younger one, very tired and almost napping on her dad's shoulders - her head on his head - after a rather long walk. At least it was rather long for 4 year old legs :)
