It is the Season

...for lots and lots of snow!  And during December, we got quite a LOT of snow.  Too much for me, but not enough for the kids :)

All is Calm

The cat in hunting mode.  The birds in our backyard tease her mercilessly - and she never catches a single one.  I'm rather happy that she's a hopeless hunter, but she's kind of cute when she thinks she's trying :)

My older daughter and her volleyball team just became National Champions for their age group :)

Swim Meet

My younger daughter competed in her first swim meet last weekend.  She won her age group's 25m breast stroke competition by a landslide - it was a proud mommy moment :)
