Photos from the first day of our vacation last summer. We took "The Golden Circle" in the south of Iceland with stops at the Geysir and the Golden Waterfall.

Biograffiti is in the Designer Spotlight at OScraps this week. The journaling is me reminiscing about the first time I saw this photo on January 9, 2004. This is the referral photo of our daughter who was waiting for us in China. Now, this little girl is a 8 year old happy kid who likes to sleep in, read and knit :)

I used it to scrap Lovisa's anticipation when she was waiting to go on stage with her choir and perform with some of the greatest singers in Iceland today at a Christmas concert on December 1
She was so excited, but also so tired and hungry. She had been in school until 4, then went straight to the hall to practice and since practice was running late, she never got the chance to come home to eat and change her clothes. We went there at 7:15 and took her the clothes she was supposed to wear and a little bit of food. However, she was too excited to eat much :) And it was a fantastic night with good Christmas music - and it was so much fun to see her there up on stage!!!

We have a cat - the cutest little thing, who just turned 2 years old :) She is tiny and feisty and defends our house like a lion LOL
She always comes with us on walks, but when we go to the playground, she gets tired of waiting and goes looking for mice - or fights, which is what she is doing in this photo LOL
