Change

I needed to do something about my health and weight so I started a 0-5K program last week.  For someone who hasn't run at all for the past 25 years, it is quite the challenge :)

Enjoy the Sunset

We have the most amazing sunsets around here - and this time of year, when the sun hardly ever sets, we get a couple of hours when the ocean and the sky are all the different kinds of orange and red while the sun dips into the sea only to rise again a moment later.  I love this time of year :)
