Snow

The Bird Cliffs

This is from August 2007, when we visited some fantastic steep bird cliffs in the north-westernmost part of Iceland.  It was rainy and foggy - slippery and dangerous in parts, but still gorgeous, and the birdlife was AMAZING :)

Ouch - the Toe!

My older daughter had an iron rod drop on one of her big toes around the middle of February.  She needed 8 stitches and crutches to get around.  She was lucky, though, since nothing was broken and the pain was minimal :)
